You have to moderate your comments in your blog, you can disable it by going in your blog -> blog control panel and ticking off the option "Moderate comments before displaying".

Im having trouble accessing my blog or submitting new entries. There is a Key icon next to it and im assuming i need some sort of permission?

I think you need at least 30 posts before you're allowed to make a blog judging from these posts. D:

It's either your account is bugged or something went wrong with your registration. You don't have a single point to begin with and your name isn't appearing on your DC profile. Let's just wait for an admin to check it out. n.n You should be fine for now if you can post and log-in.

Do I need more than 30 posts to be able to have a signature? I still don't have the button under User CP or Quick Links and I've looked everywhere else :/
