season 3 and 4 are out the current counter on episodes is like 103.

theres a lack of subbing lately between episodes 94-103 so there are only raws.

And there is a 5th season announced i think when he plays in the majors, although ookiku furikabutte is a better baseball anime as major in my opinion.

This and eyeshied 21 aside, is there any other sports animes out there? except that boxing anime and prince of tennis.

some teaser for the third and fourth season

after Goro leaving kaido he tryes to enroll some high schools with strong baseball teams but got rejected on all ends as the manager of Kaido tryes to ruin his reputation(the guy with the glasses in the second season). His last hope is to enroll a previous all female high school with only 8 male students. He starts working towards the goal to beat Kaido again at the nationals and building a baseball club from scratch in the school.

fourth season,Goro finishes high school and got an offer from the seabreaze team(his fathers previous team)to play japanese pro baseball with the old shirt number of his father ,but he refuses and pursues his dream to beat Gibson in the majors. He takes the plain to the States and got robbed at the airport, trying to find a way to Arizona for his tryout day.He joins the team in Arizona and realises the difference betveen Us and Japanese baseball after meeting the son of Gibson as an opponent .Soon after some conflicts he got dropped from the team and is forced to find a new one working his way up from the bottom he only pitches in the last innings of each game becoming fast the audience favorit ,after winning the championship with his second rate team he goes major.

I honestly don't understand how people can like idealistic crap like this! This is basically about a personal battle within a team game. It doesn't matter how many times you show how the guy helped the other players out during training if he doesn't really care about them in the game. I haven't seen the end of this yet since I have to wait an hour. But given the preview posted, I will assume that they manage to win somehow and more people will support his decision to leave. He probably won't make it to Koshien when he leaves. He's just a freakin' prima donna!
