I have to say I've had a lot of manga/anime/books end in ways i wasn't happy about (FMA!) and plenty more that ended well but were bittersweet but Code Geass takes the cake. In four short episodes it completely blew past all my other animes and landed a permanent spot as my #1. (that's saying a lot as I'm pretty stubborn when it comes to picking a favorite anything) Code Geass' ending was beautifully perfect and they should never change it but at the same time I kinda want to see something like an epilogue episode simply because I'm tired of some people still insisting lelouche is dead. Sorry i know this is probably a necro-post but i had to get my two cents in |

well lol this is a really late reply but i like death note but the show was to predictible and it got old fast where this show ending was great and saying there the same is a slap in the face to CG

Talk about a trip down memory lane lol. I have to say that the ending was one of the few things that went right for season 2. Other than that, I think it was pretty disappointing in comparison to the first season.
