They decide what they want to put on, how, when and why. It's have been requested. Now, learn to be patient. It's in the list, thats mean it's been requested. There nothing else you can do.

Oh and, begging/asking for a already requested serie is only annoying. Wont make it go up faster. Learn to be a big boy/girl, learn to be patient.

Hylia at the moment Samurai Cats is broken so put that as pending although i have uploaded most of them so itll be up soon. As for Mushishi we had it up but its funimation so we were forced to remove it. Avatar we had but were forced to remove it by the company who owns it. Ghost in the shell is a no no as well as Green green. Last Exile is already up on AC. Detective Conan may be put up fixed.

yes ive seen afro samurai which is why i have an avatar of afro samurai
and as for dragonauts ive only seen some of the episodes up to episode 10 when it was being shown here

Also Psp does not allow ANY ecchi, so if an anime is ecchi automatically put it in the refused list
