Yup it is very different it's 25 mins longer than the original dvd cut

Pretty sure my file is HD. It looks un-freakin-believable.
I'll look up how to put anime on here and see if I can put it up for you guys.

Make note, though. It looks best played from a BR player on an HDTV. I've only got an HD display here, but..

i have the movie in dvd but i have no idea how to upload movie

well haven't touched a DVD for sometime
but you can start with DVD Decrypter to dump the VOB on HD
then there are like million tools to convert
The ones I've used for VOB conversion are Dr. DivX, StaxRip, Gordian Knot and ...umm can't remember
but other tools I use for regular encoding should do the trick like MediaCoder and Xvid4psp
