say if the part to be subbed is 24 min 3 people would time it 8 min each and if they all work efficently the timing could be done 3 times faster

how would you know its not efficient....?

because you're jeopardizing your work by having the availability of 3 people at the same time
I mean the delay is huge and it'll be confusing to continue someone else's work

what do you mean ....? I'm saying send the video out to 3 different poeple and have each of em start at a different time then they all send it to the encoder....... and then he encodes it then video done .. how difficult is that..?

you might not get this but it's really complicated to do that....

this split timing thingie. It is a good way to get the release out fast, but then again oyu need timers available
