This is the recruitment thread if members would like to join the ACSF.
If there are any people interested pm Dreadbel or me.
We are in need of:

Translators JAP-ENG
They will need to
1. speak fluently or at a conversation level
2. have free time to be able to work once a week
It would be even better if they could read Kanji.

Encoders
They will need to
1. Have a background in encoding
2. Know how to use Virtual dub
3. Know how to encode in MeGui
4. Have a fast internet connection in downloading and uploading.(important)
5. Have good cpu speed(post specs here)
65. To be online when needed.
If you don't know how to encode there are tutorials if you are interested.

Timers
They will need to
1. know how to use Aegisub.
2. Have a background in timing(preferably in another group).
3. Know how to use templates.
4. Be online when needed.

Distro
They will need to
1.Know how to put up torrents
2. Have a high upload speed(Post speedtest.net results here)
3. Need to know how to use basic Virtualdub for cutting and pasting
4. Be online when needed
As for distro, we can take in large number of members.

That is all needed for now I will update it.
Don't worry we're nice

timing one is 85 min
and the encoding is 25 min
