cant log un un the site

everytime i enter my username and pass it says invalid
but in the forums it works perfectly
whats the problem??

i figured something
when i sign in the forums and then go back to the site im logged in
but after sometime it logs off by itself
i dont know why
so the problem is that i cant log in from the site i have to go to the forums
maybe because my user name has a (&)

I have the same problem. I tried logging in with Mac OS X(Safari and Firefox) and Windows XP SP3(Mozilla Firefox,IE, Opera,Google Chrome). I think it is a problem with my account rather than the caches and cookies but I don't really care anymore. Taking too long to fix and making me tired of this stupid bug.
