Site Slow? We're being DDOS'd

yet DDos attacks don't last long, and will eventually go away unless the guy doing it really hates this website because he needs to run multiple computers to do this.
The problem seems to have gone away for now and hopefully for good.

Yes, it's very easy to do if you have the means to do it. Most people would use a browser plugin which i won't go into details for cause it's still very illegal.

I have done it before under controlled conditions (Closed network) with some buddies when i was in education just because at that time we found it fun to shutdown each others computers (No permanent damage, it was still the schools property of course... Even though it was put together with spare parts...).

DDoS attacks are really pretty common also outside those official sites, so a good piece of advice. When you chat on the internet don't piss the wrong people off, they might go to extreme means...

Well I once tried it on my schools wireless and it actually worked...
Got into a lot of trouble.
I bet DDos'ing someone takes up that users speed as well don't you think?

You really only need 1 computer to do it if you use the right software. And the process is a lot more complicated then just pinging the server, ever heard of "Permanent DDoS attack"? That's a really nasty bugger, but i believe Psp has set up some DDoS guard program to try and prevent must of it.

but idots on veoh and youtube figured that out 2
you get like 3 real episodes and 47 false ones
its just annoying
so im so glad to have this site here to help lessen the pain in the butt searching
all i have to do is look on the list to the right and ill have my show
the only problem now is the time - lol so little time lol

well i wonder if this person will use a perminant ddos attack (if that can do that) or if they just like to cause trouble when they can (which seems to be from 3:15PM - 4PM my time)
since then this site has been running great from what i can tell
