Yep still having issues lol, but the speed of the site should be "usable" during the ddos just a bit slower then normal. Ok fine not a bit, but still usable

A ddos is pretty much the guy has control of lots of peoples computers and so he is using all of their computers to try to overload our server.

so thats y my pc keeps messing up

I'm a frequent visitor to this site and i noticed that the attack is getting more frequent day by day. maybe the lack of security or defense is causing the server an easy target.... just my guess. OR get some trusted people to do a penetration testing of your system to identify exposures and risk from the attacker’s perspective.
