well if you want to make a good subbing group.
I think you will need the following:
Project Coordinator(pretty much decides everything)
Translator
Raw Provider
Encoder
Someone who can go over the subs and see if the grammar is perfect.
That should be it. So are you going to be the project coordinator? I really do not want to be involved in the subbing group since i have a lot to do already.
