I have sent some emails to those I want to join, but not all. If you have not received an email yet I am working on it, don't be discourage

We still need an advance translator.

If we can not find anyone, we need groups with a good understand of japanese grammar & sentence structure and good ears.

with several of this groups I can assign them to scenes were they write down the romanji then translate from there.

I can also use someone who can find the japanese subtitles raws

The lack of faith in you guys is astounding lol I assume that you get quite a volume of e-mails and it takes some time to go through them. Anyway, I'm glad the site is forming it's own subbing team. That means that we will actually get our subbed episodes of all our favorite anime on time! Everyone should be happy! ^_^
