I'm not sure
just go into Video,filter and chose the filters and stuff
textsub filters can be opened from a vdf file and added to the filters life

you can use BilinearResize(WIDTH,HEIGHT) for resizing in avisynth, it seems. looked up at their wiki

yeah I think all the filters can be used in avisynth
but why go through all that trouble just open them manually

save time with avisynth xD and avisynth do have some stuff that isn't in the filter menu.. i think... heh
