Actually i tried to do this below...

Find a video uploaded that can ..like give the video subs

so basically...

You upload the video into the up loader then click on the subs you want like...Japanese subs or English subs or w/e then its subbed..I've seen it done..

No its not actually...you just download the subtitle workshop which i found...lmao its pretty easy..cuz it tells you to enter the time and when to stop time and then it has a box below to enter the words coool huh?

A timer pretty much gets the subs from the translator.
The timer then presses left click on his mouse when the guy starts talking and then lets go when the guy stops, repeat till the end of the anime. Its really a difficult job.
