fma was on AC but funimation the guys who own it forced us to remove it.
As for Blue Submarine 6 put a request out for it in the anime request forum and chances are it will be on AC

not a single episode of detective conan or yu yu hakusho is working because of the funimation problem. so how to watch it? google search is the only way?
