WOW i wonder if there are more out there like this. if i was to pick one that i think is closest to ippo its Major. they have similiar story lines but play different sports

LOL Prince of tennis is what got me into tennis several years ago. I saw some guy trying to do Ryoma's first move(forgot the name.) and it was just so funny.

I think AC should start its own anime sport, we can call it Dark burning

i have watched all of them ecept for slam dunk and i will watch it and another thing is i think one outs diserve a higher spot, itss like alot better then some other ones

My favorites on that list are Eyeshield 21, Hajime No Ippo, The Prince of Tennis, Slam Dunk, and Whistle!. I am curious as to why something like Ashita No Joe isn't in the list but it might be because its just to old or something like that.

ok eyeshield 21 is the best sports anime/manga ever...hajime should be number 2:P

i remember whistle, for soccer anime, i think wild striker was better though

Ok , since One outs is new he wont be on number first. That means next year youll get it the number 1 spot

btw aint there any mecha sport anime ??
