Hehe let us worry about that. It's more then just uploading, we will teach you how but basically you need to download the video, encode it, upload it, and then add it to the site. I can add a new show in around 1 hour or so (26 episode, minus uploading time). A new episode takes around 8 minutes, minus the uploading time where you just sit and wait while doing something else.

A codec is just something that lets you play videos on your pc, it's essentially just as easy as installing a program lol.
