Well, it's like this:

Guy uploads One Piece on Megaupload
Megaupload gets nagged on by copyright holders with threats of sueing them.
Megaupload deletes One Piece

Unlicensed anime doesn't get deleted due to that reason, and because the series you just named are popular series, there's more pressure so they'll delete them faster.

And then there are the people who report download links. -.- ...for fun... -.-

There is still alternative to download, without bringing any problems to sites or fansubber ex Torrents or ed2k. In worst case scenarios, they are free programs wich allow you to "download the internet video" (.flv) to reencode them as .avi or whatever you need.

For those case I use Itube from iskysoft

( I think for these you should create a new tread!)

Or you just use an flv player. FLVs from myspace/veoh download at a maximum of 3mb/sec ^^

But i'd rather just link the flv link to here. :P

Ohhh....there is at least one thing that I know for sure I want changed. Perhaps to get ppl to stop using Mega Videos! I hate that place since it only lets you watch little over an hour of stuff and then you have to wait 50 some minutes to watch anything else from there....You cant even finish a movie!

But it still one of the longer lasting site! You prefer watch 1 hour daily or having hard time getting the anime, plus if you have a floating IP, you just have to turn off you router for five minutes then when you turn it on again your provider should give you another IP, and you can keep watching. Think of it as the tv ad.

I doubt video quality really is under ac's control at all really. something i saw somewhere else was a list of upcoming anime in a box on the side. It just displays the date that the japanese version runs so ppl know generally when a anime is coming out and can look forward to it.

I do this except I use the firefox add-on Download Helper and I just use VLC player to watch them, it plays FLV's so no need to reencode
