I don't think its the downtimes that is the problem, if your losing people its because there are other sites that don't do megavideo, those who dislike megavideo generally don't post, they just move on to find somewhere with what they are searching for in something that isn't megavideo.

If you want more users then make sure megavideo not a primary stream but instead a mirror, of course its important to be able to let people from banned countries watch, but its also important to satisfy the current user base.

Leaving a series in megavideo where there's a "wait a hour af..." then what do you think the people will do xD of course they'll go look elsewhere.

megavideo's a double edge sword so hence why i said its not wise to have it as the main upload, try yahoo, i'm not sure but i'm watching small ville on there and its been up for months.

that and if you want to make money pspcrazy, do it via clothing affiliating, better money that ads. of course not on animecrazy but via a series of blogs all linking to each other.

Not really my plan, but if that's a side effect that would be awesome as well. I just simply believe in word of mouth more so then anything else. I doubt megavideo is an issue, as all our new releases are in veoh, myspace, and sometimes megavideo. There aren't other sites that have purely non megavideo content, it's just not possible. Veoh's just that much of a pain. No worries though the new version of the site will allow users to help us out with that.

Clothing Afilliation? Never heard of it. Are you referring to cafepress or something like that? Well thanks regardless for the suggestions. If you know anyone who watched anime just let them know about us, and i'll appreciate that.

ps : clothing affiliating is where you basically put products on a blog with a little review then add a link with some special coding then for everyone one that sells you get a %.

my irl best friend makes a killing doing it, enough to be self employed by far.
