Default Ten More Movies # 3

Here are 10 more new movies on DC. Enjoy everyone

1.Hello Schoolgirl

Starring Kangin from Super Juniors!!!

hello-schoolgirl

Yun-woo Kim works as a low level civil servant in a district office. Although he is thirty, he is still innocent for his age and has been on numerous unfruitful blind dates in search of a suitable wife. After moving to a new place, he runs runs into Soo-yong Han, a high school student who lives downstairs. Soo-young Han is a cheerful and eccentric eighteen-year-old who lives with her mother that acts like a princess.

Meanwhile, Sook Kang has just started to work at the district office straight after graduating from high school and falls head over heels for Ha-kyuing Kwon, a melancolic woman who always smokes in the same spot, because of her beautiful smile. Ha-kyung is still holding onto an old flame and keeps on looking for traces of that love every day. Sook Kang continues to keep wooing her, irregardless of her living in the past. Can their futures lead to a happy ending?

2.Assembly

assembly-2
During the Huaihai Campaign in the winter of 1948, Captain Gu misses the assembly signal and does not retreat his troop in time. All the 46 men in his unit dies as a result except himself. When he comes to in the hospital, he find his military rank stripped, as nobody knows him or believes his story. After his recovery, Gu goes back to the military with an immense feeling of guilt. He vows to prove the existence of his comrades in arms and to restore their ranks.

3.Pyrokinesis

pyrokinesis

Junko Aoki looks like an ordinary office worker but was born with extra sensory perception called pyrokinesis with which she can set fire to anything anytime. To suppress her uncontrollable ability, she takes her mother's advice to always be careful not to show it. She is secretly in love with her co-worker, Kazuki Tada. One day his sister Yukie is murdered. A boy named Kogure is suspected as responsible for a series of murders of coeds. But the police are reluctant to arrest him, because he is a minor. Taking advantage of lack of evidence and enjoying the attention of the media, Kogure arrogantly suggests that he might be the killer. Tada secretly seeks vengeance alone. Junko tells him about her special power and her decision to punish Kogure and his group of thugs

Meanwhile, two detectives, Chikako Ishizu and Yasuaki Makihara, find that a series of fires have something to do with the murders. A new ESP boy appears before Junko. Koichi Kido can control another person's mind merely by touching him or her. He tells Junko where Kogure is, intending to rope her in. To stop Kogure and his gang, she hurries to where they plan to attack their next victim. Fully exercising her pyrokinesis, she defeats the thugs one by one. But before she can give Kogure the final blow he makes a narrow escape.
Searching for a clue to the mystery of incendiarism, the detectives find a girl named Kaori Kurata who possesses both pyrokinesis and psychometry, the ability to read memories in human minds and things.
But the investigation is too slow. Junko is after Kogure, while the detectives are still in the dark. Behind them, a bigger and more hazardous trap is being set up.

4.Tea Fight Starring Erika Toda

250px-teafight
In Sung dynasty, a Japanese man named Yagi couldn't take the badgering from the male black tea tribe and ridiculed that the male black tea was not the best tea in the world; causing the two tribes to challenge each other in a "tea fight"

If someone finds a better description for this movie, or wants to write one, ill put it up. I feel that the summary doesn't do this movie justice.

5.Ikigami: The Ultimate Limit

250px-ikigami-_the_ultimate_limit
A place, somewhere, that bears a strong resemblance in history and environment to Japan. Its return to prosperity after defeat in war is due to a certain law, a pillar of the state. This is the Special Law for the Maintenance of National Prosperity. 24 hours before this capsule is to bring about death, an official of the Ministry of Health and Welfare brings a letter announcing impending death, an ikigami. Those who receive this ikigami letter have 24 hours of absolute freedom to do anything and everything they want. Kengo Fujimoto has made his way through university and taken a job with the Ministry. His work now is delivering these ikigami letters.

6.Examination 1977

250px-examination_1977

The year 1977 is unforgettable for many Chinese people - it was the year when the national college entrance examination was resumed after being abolished for 11 years during the "cultural revolution" (1966-76).

More than five million Chinese people aged from 15 to 36 sat the exam that year. It changed the lives of many who went on to achieve greatness in various fields.

7.Ima Boku Wa

250px-now_i_chirashi

Satoru belongs to the growing group of NEETs ('not engaged in employment, education or training'). Hardly leaving his room in his mother's house and without any real contact to the outside world, he lives a secluded life. When his mother's friend Tosawa tries to help him to break out of his inner prison, things do not get any easier for Satoru.

8.Blue Swallow

250px-blue_swallow-p2

Set during the Japanese occupation of Korea in the 1930s, BLUE SWALLOW is an enthusiastic (if surprisingly apolitical) tale of romance and high adventure. Jang Jin-young takes to the skies in this semi-biographical story of Park Kyung-won, a young woman mechanic who joins the army to become a Korean Amelia Earhart. Kyung-won pursues a forbidden romance with a handsome Korean aviator (Kim Joo-hyuk, who starred opposite Jang in the 2003 romantic comedy SINGLES) and goes biplane-to-biplane against Gibe, a Japanese model turned pilot, to see who'll be top gun. But things go wrong for our lovers as they fall in with anti-Japanese conspirators. The world of the 1930s is lovingly (and impressively) recreated through CGI and set design . Director Yun Jong-chan (who also helmed the 2002 thriller SORUM) worked with Kevin La Rosa (THE FUGITIVE and INDEPENDENCE DAY) to arrange the film's aerial shots.

9.Shindo

250px-shindoposter

The story, based on a manga by Akira Saso, is more of a stretch, though it supplies unusual twists on its classical-musician-makes-good plot line. First, of all, Uta has no intention of making good. A prodigy who could read music before she could talk, she has been in a funk since the disappearance of her pianist father, who left on a foreign concert tour and never returned.
Her mother (Satomi Tezuka) frets as she blows off her lessons, but the only piano Uta really wants to play is her father's, left in the house they were forced to abandon, for financial reasons, after his disappearance.
She strikes up an age-inappropriate friendship with Wao (Kenichi Matsuyama, again), the 19-year-old son of a couple who run a vegetable shop. He wants desperately to enter an arts university and study piano, but he is less a player than a banger. Uta mocks his clumsiness, but likes his passion and becomes his unofficial coach and cheerleader.
The film's focus, however, is less on Wao's struggle to escape his fate as a vegetable seller, more on Uta's reluctance to accept her father's death - and her own musical gift.

10.Night of the Shooting Stars

250px-night_of_the_shooting_stars

Shogo is left blind and mute from an accident but he is able to live a fruitful life as a composer. He receives ongoing therapy from the hospital where nurse Kana works. Just when their relationship is about to blossom into romance, tragedy strikes when Shogo is killed in a car accident. At the moment of Shogo's death, a shooting star falls and gives him the chance to live again for four more days. But he is unrecognizable to his friend and forbidden to reveal his true identity. Shogo decides to express his feelings of affection to Kana.

Yes like 10 days ago!! Actually it'll still be out in theathers for a while coz it's a box office hit, but i refuse to pay 18 bucks to watch a movie. If not for my rather expired student ID, I'd be paying 20 bucks.
