Level 1: Registered

Level 2: 2500
Can Start to Use Mass Adder. Holds More Power in Approval, Flagging.Special colors in comments. (Orange)

I mean, is this special color change something that is suppose to show on the main sites comment section or here on the forum? I'm still a bit confused on that one.
