Gin is sadistic, but his constant search for a friend or approval may be the only thing keeping him attached to Aizen. He befriended him as a child, but their not bound by anything other than a friendship through destruction.

If anything I leaned away from Tousen being the one to betray Aizen, to Gin.
Or im reading too much into things.

Tousen following Aizen for justice never made much sence to me. I used to think that maybe Aizen is the one that killed Tousen's friend and he is following to get revenge eventually. I don't think that is right anymore.

I guess, Aizens distrust in Gin is also supported by the constant tests he sets for Gin. Almost as if he doesn't trust him and sets forth tasks to prove his allegiance. Such as killing Rukia after he got the hougyoku.

There are also some hints at Gin fighting back, such as not killing Ichigo at the gates, or not stopping Ichigo as he passed by him to save Renji's life.
We'll see though...

ehh I dont think he distrust Gin but who knows I mean Gin my turn on Aizen to save Mataumoto

But anyway Yumichika's Shikai in it's true forjm is kickass he could totally be a Lt lvl I like him alot more now

tousen's proof of maybe betrying gin are based on his beliefs which i doubt will change anytime soon. but gin is just misterious like whewt said " Aizens distrust in Gin is also supported by the constant tests he sets for Gin." which i also belive maybe true because there has BEEN times where things seem to just pass gin when he could've done something about it. but in the end he poses like he doesn't care
