In concept, I think Ichinose's is a hella powerful zanpakuto.

Touson's blinds an opponent, which is all very nice, but Ichinose is on a whole new level, he has the power to manipulate light, it's an incredible power.

But in practice, I'd have to say Benihime. I've never seen Urahara actually get hurt and he's taken some mean attacks, infrequent though they may be

Ichinose is the renegade from squad 11 as seen in the Bounto filler. He basically has a lover's tiff with Kenpachi and gets himself killed all because he underestimated him

ishinose is the guy in bounto arc. but i think byakuya, aizen and kaname all have better ones

Yumichika's Shikai is actually pretty damn badass. The ability to drain your opponents energy and replenish your own is hot.

It's not bad I suppose, I wouldn't call it the best shikai, though it is very powerful.

I do shudder to think of what his bankai would do though
