Wow! This thread is getting a lot of posts! I last posted almost half a day ago, and now the latest post is three pages away from my post. But not all posts are relevant though. Anyway, I agree to SSJ5 that you should have made the title into "What kind of hollow is Ichigo's?". Many threads are getting a lot of conflicts because of improper titles.

I think Ichigo's hollow represents his "bloodlust" or "battle-hungry" personality hidden deep within him and got materialized into his inner hollow, giving it its own way of thinking, after Kisuke cut Ichigo's soul chain to regain his shinigami powers. (LOL what a theory!)

No hes not, he is a vizerd just like the people who trained hi inner hollow, you could tell that all of them were shinigami( except that fat one probably) just like him, but he just won't admit to it, but he is one of them. But he is not vasto lorde, he is a perfect mix of half shinigami and hollow
