too bad stark is most likely not a vasto lorde (wonderweiss is probably one though) since yammi is more destructive than stark (don't let your dislike of yammi make you think he's weaker) and stark does not look human-like after he releases which I think is the requirement for one to be a vasto(don't remember exact wording atm) Its more likely for wonderwiess since hes the only one that we witnessed being turned with the houkyoku

They don't come close to WW or Stark, I agree, but they're not nearly as far off as Demora(weird proportions, way too large, general hollow-ish behaviour).
Funny thing is, Grimmjow looks perfectly human except for his mask, I could easily mistake him for a shinigami, and Szayel... well he had high Int so his chances of a successful human form were greater, Grimmy is either smarter than he seems or just plain lucky.

I think Grimmjow and ichigo , could be like ichaku whit kempachi , start like enemy and became friends.

Anyone ever notice Ichigo's dad?
I think he's very important and probably a good friend of Urahara.
Maybe he's a substitute shinigami like Ichigo?
Or maybe even one of the Vizard.
That can be why Ichigo can use hollow transformation and he is so powerful.
I saw that in one of the episode but didn't remember.

Dear G, here's a lot to clear up.

1. Yes, we all noticed Isshin
2. Yes, he's definitely important and a friend of Urahara. No one doubts this
3. No, don't think so. Possible, but very unlikely.
4. Definitely not. He doesn't even know who they really are.
5. Ichigo can use hollow transformation because Urahara's training spawned a hollow inside him, and because the Vaizard trained him. Parentage has nothing to do with it.

A funky costume and an eye-patch with a hole/crazy monocle hardly makes anyone seem un-human, just bugged.

Except for some circumstantial evidence suggesting that Wonderweis is a Vasto Lord I don't think there has been much to go on either way for the rest of the espada.

Just going by their power I'd guess that 1-4 are Vasto. They were the four forbidden from using their ressureciones inside Las Noches. Ulquiorra's released form was strong enough to kill regular old masked ichigo with little trouble. Stark had been toying with Kyoraku and Ukitake and not having much trouble. Harribel and Barragan both survived attacks which the captains were certain would kill them relatively unscathed.

Vasto Lord hollows are about the same SIZE as humans. When they become Arancar they have a 100% chance to take on a human appearance. Nowhere does it say that their hollow appearance is particularly human like, nor indeed humanoid, only of similar size.

Guessing the first through fourth espada, are espada wouldn't be much of an assumption. Just kidding I know you mean't vasto. However I disagree, the adjuchas class, like any other class -or even shinigami- entail powers that range from less fortunate ie. D-roy to fortunate Grimmjow. Who were both confirmed adjuchas.

I believe the espada is composed -or was for a better choice of words- of adjuchas and one gillian. With an exception to Barragan, based soley on overwhelming evidence throughout the series. Vasto is the pinnacle of menos evolution, it's highly unlikely he even has more than 2 let alone 5 as you've forgotten Wonderweiss in your top 4 assumptions.

Thinking back to all our confirmed adjuchas. They all had, with a few exceptions, which is normal, one thing in common. It's their animal or beast-esque features apon resurrection . Taking the page you linked with hitsugaya into consideration, anything composed of animal characteristics would of course not be human size nor human-esque as the corresponding picture makes obvious.

You have to take into consideration the attributes they gain apon releasing. People tend to confuse their arrancar bodies still being visable after releasing, as a vasto characteristic. Which isn't that case, that human-esque body was present before the release, you have to take what they gained into observation. Apon seeing Barragans release, as we saw, he lost all of his skin essentially becoming his former self, which is infact a human skeleton. His arrancar body was no longer visable and he became the epitome of vasto, based on the information given. Stark too would fall under this, as he has no visable features that would scream adjuchas, but im skeptical.

However nothings written down for us to bash our faces on, so we just scratch this up to coincidence.
