You thought becoming an arrancar makes a hollow weaker. Thus leading you to believe a Vasto becoming an arrancar would make them weaker.

But sayin thats true would be sayin Espada are stronger than Vastos which I dont belive

Its not saying espada are stronger, its saying that "soulreaperification" becoming an arrancar, makes a hollow more powerful.
Using the three stages of evolution while were thinking about this, we've only seen the first and second stage evolutions made into arrancar. Which is why they are on par, with Vastos. Make a Vasto arrancar and they become ridiclous.

what do you mean the we know at least one of the top three is a vasto lorde I think the only one is Barragan

No I was reading from the begining, and your statement about a Vasto becoming weaker when he becomes an arrancar.

I believe all three are Vastos. Aizen wouldn't have faith in a mere adjuchas arrancar holding his own against Soul societies army.

ohh well I still belive Aizen is the same strenth as a Vasto Lorde but theres no way he can control them so thats why there is only like one mabye on the espada

Well you need twice the power of a normal captain to activate the hogyoku. Secondly i'd say the espada are on par with the Vastos, and for Aizen to bring Grimmjow to his knees with just his spiritual pressure, he can most likely tame them.
Plus the fact hes offering them more power, I think they'll accept it willingly and serve him.
