One question, did they release Ichigos name to all the captains, when they picked Rukia up, and brought her back? I don't think they did, which makes this scene fishy.

How would they, his ability is to make them see what ever he wants. But like I said in my previous posts, thats Gin, and I don't think Byukuya released the kids name he monster smashed.
I'll look around again, but it looks like he knows Ichigos name from somewhere. Which supports our claims that someone is ratting on Kisuke in the real world to Aizen.

I know he has one, so I just looked over it..

that is fine but yama-ji still had contact with kisuke .. i think he would of had plenty of time to explain (over a 100 years)
