I fail to see sarcasm, and coherency. Anyways, were off-topic, I was simply pointing out that your post was unneccasry, as Gran said. I don't think Aizen has as much control over Tousen and Gin, as he would like, or is implied.

ah that makes a little sense 'testing his skills' but it woulda been gin's choice to kill him or keep him alive so I think aizen just gave him a nudge
and yeah he does have influence - gin follows him loyally = aloottta influence imo
