I think he cares about all the people under him that try or have talent. I am pretty sure he is going to betray Aizen in the near future.

I think the "caring" he showed for Kira was more sarcasm honestly, and possibly a giddyness in knowing that he will get to fight him.

That is his Eye Color in the Anime but in the Manga it's Greenish (cover of Bleach: Volume 20)

You might be right cause I have a bad memory but I don't remember discussing Gin's relationships with his subordinates in any detail. Maybe it was a convo when I was absent or something.

I'll go back and look again but it didn't seem like sarcasm to me. Aizen even questioned him on it and he said he was just happy to see Kira was getting mad or something. I think he is a good guy in most ways. He just thinks all weak and stupid people should be killed. You of all people should agree with me on that.

Where is Caligula? He usually agrees with me. Someone call him up and get him on here.
