Who will Ichigo pick up

Do you think its possible some Arrancar are going to Join Ichigo's side and if so what do you think is gunna happen to em? Please give a reason why as well. Also, if you want put who you would like to see join Ichigo.

Who I think will Join

Nel Tu and her Fraccion.. Already joined but still. I think she will get terminated later on along with her Fraccion. Sad but its what I kinda think.

Ex-Espada who fought Sado, forgot his name, but I think he might join since Unohana healed him.. I hope so at least lol..

Grimmjow might pull a Kenpachi and join just to fight with Ichigo later.

I wish Uliquiorra would join but i dun think its happenin.

I honestly think Ulquiorra might join. Awesome, yes. Probable, no. But the way he shows interest in Ichigo just kinda gives me that feeling that he has an ulterior motive for being loyal to Aizen. He hid his true form from him, so it's obvious he has some secrets. He could be as strong as Stark for all we know, in that form.
