Giving Ichigo an Espada rank (spoilers inside)

A privaron Espada? Are you telling me that Ichigo with only his bankai can't beat opponents like the one Rukia beat? Ichigo with just bankai may not be frigging awesome but he's not exactly useless either.

#9 was a novelty act & an espada original.He was seated because of his potential only,not his actual strength.


but technically youre right so ichigo would be #10 in the current espada if aizen got tired of and removed the relic that is 'Glotoneria' and its power to evolve

No as you see i quoted super yangs post. Cuz he said the following: bankai - a numero or whatever they're called-not an espada. So i though he meant a privaron espada. So read it better next time before quoting me and blaming me.

I'm getting annoyed with the sensitivity everyone seems to have stuck up their asses here. If you can't take any perceived heat then get out of the kitchen. I used the word perceived for a reason as you're assuming I'm blaming you even though there was no blame and infact was only a question. God half of these people on the forums here are retarded and the other half are quite smart and easy to get along with.

I broke it down to this:

Bankai only: #7

Hollow mask+Bankai: between 6 and 5

Full hollow: between 1 and 2 (Barragain would give him troubles because when Ichigo gets close he'll just rot away but Stark based on what he have seen would get decimated)

Bankai only: #7
Hollow Mask+Bankai #4
Full Hollow #0

Barragain woulndn't probably do too much to him since the writers would probably make it so that he would he too fast before the aging could take effect or something like that

I really don't get why we're basing his ranking on what power he is actively using.

Or are we saying, when we say "Bankai only", that he doesn't HAVE the others?

Cuz Espada ranks seem pretty much based on their released forms, so even while Ichigo is still in Shikai his rank would be pretty high since he CAN go SH3 and stuff.

Ichigo; Shikai only - Privaron Espada

Ichigo; Bankai only- Somewhere btw the 7th and 9th Espada (the way they use their abilities varies drastically).

Ichigo; Bankai and Vizard Mask - 5th Espada at full health just below Ulqiorra unreleased.

Ichigo, Bankai "Full" Hollow - Hard to say; if Orihime is crying then I'd say easily 1 or 0 lol. However I will note that while Ichigo does have a lot of raw power plus his random and magical power upgrades. I still say that throughout this series he's benefited from fights that suit him perfectly as I dont forsee him having the intellect or ability to take down Barragan or even Szayel for that matter. Power isnt everything, to me Ichigo's raw power (and crying upgrades lol) may exceed everyone else's but he's benefited from perfect matchups.
