I don't know about the rest of you, but I got bored waiting for new episodes so wen't ahead and read the manga, and the Vizards are all ex-captains; however they have added the hollow transformation. The hollow would destroy the vizards.

i'll rewatch the episodes, but im pretty sure rukia had the hougekyou in her the whole time. and i know "how" he got the hollow powers, but during those episodes urahara made it sound like, "you get your powers back, or your chain will run out and you die" i think ichigo was an exception to this rule because he had had the hougekyou inside of him. otherwise, why would Aizen go through the trouble of getting the hougekyou? why was it even created? if it was that easy for a shinigami to get hollow powers.

yeah. urahara hid the hougekyou in rukia and had her in a gigia that would hide her powers so she could not return to soul society making sure that no one would get their hands on it

well the vizards are uber powered and most would have bankais on top of the hollow powers besides i know it says that espada are more powerful than captains but lets face it there not are they wheneva they fight they get owned

no not like that. he either got his powers back or he became a hollow if he didn't. and if you watch episode 60-61 Aizen explains it all about the hougekyou.

Rukia didn't get the gaigi until after she gave ichigo her powers, hinted by at the first time he saw her and she said " You can see me?" or something along the lines of that. Or not, I might have to rewatch the episode again..

except the hougekyou was in rukia, not in the gigai, aizen takes it from her in soul society, when shes not in a gigai

i'll rewatch the episodes, because honestly that does make more sense, when else would he have had a chance to hide it in her? but i understood it differently
