In the Bleach Comic (Japan I think) for episodes 165-166 Ichigo is in the middle of a fight with an Espada.









He is getting beat up pretty bad.

Nel is with him and getting pretty upset. yells "ICHIIIIIIGGOOOOOOO!"




and transforms into her true form!



She isnt a little kid she is actually a full grown woman. She is still an Arrancar but she is a very powerful one.

She stands up and stares down the Espada. (He's Shocked)

Then goes to Ichigo's eye with that mega anime shock thing they do.

But its not because she's "All grown up"

It's because (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Warning spoiler next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

She has the number "3" tatooed on her body!

That's right!

Nel is the Third Espada!

She goes on to bash up the other espada.

Honestly, I don't really no much past the episodes that have aired. I haven't seen nel's real form on the cartoon only in the link i posted. There are links in that link to the next comics and you see nel release her zanpaktou! All i know is there is the number three tatooed on her body!
