About Kuchiki not wanting to send her on dangerous missions lol the first day she joined he asked her if she was seated and when she said no he was agravated so he does not care about something like that lol

wasnt chappy the rabbit gekon (forgive me if spelled incorrectly) who said the whole thing about her brother keeping her from being a seated officer. How the heck would a Gekon know that! But i still think she is powerful. shes got to be at least a third seat or vice captian level. JUst for some outstanding circumstances she cant rise up the ranks.
doesnt being a seated officer mean more than just power? i mean they also have to be good leaders, smart and have to be able to do paper work. could one of these things be keeping Rukia from getting a seat?

It was created 7 months ago but not everyone (you) gets it yet... Her brother was playing a role to not make her suspicious that he was the reason behind her not getting a seating. When her and Renji were kids she had better control of her powers than he did but he was able to become a vice captain as she remained unseated even being among the top of her class in kido and having a seemingly very powerful shikia with many levels. Her power rates as high as many of the current VC we have seen so far. i.e. Matsumoto and Kira.

Renji is stronger than Rikia though lol I mean he was VC of like 3 sqauds it wouold not make since that she is not seated and in fact she goes on the most dangerous missions now lol lets take the Kaien Shiba case ok she had to fight in that one and came real close to dyin did her brother say anything obviously not cause she went to the real world and got involved with Ichigo and was about to be damn executed because of her brother I mean we know she is strong just no that high of a seat
