Defiantly Ichigos dad, he makes the show so much better. When he killed the King Fisher he sounded like he was a captain class, and he has the white cloak thingy that the Captains wear.

Besides Ichigo's dad, it's Yachiru (the pink-haired girl who hangs on Zaraki's shoulder).
Since she's never been in any fights, all we can tell so far is that she's physically strong, spiritually strong, and fast.

ermm depends what you mean by under the radar really, some people mite consider characters under the radar that arent. i would say that the viazards arent under the radar lets face

so under apperecaited characters are what were going for really?

kira deffinently maybe some of the other less popular lietuents. ikkaku maybe.

its going to be ryuuken and isshin and there prob about the same level or at least were.
