Judging by Ishida's explicable defenses I'd say it's half El Mundo for Chad, point is I hghly doubt Chad would get even fairly close in range. So, Ishida, easily.

I posted this as a mirror to Byakuya vs Kenpachi really, because it reminded me of that first fight in HM (where they switched opponents they were more suited to). Long range and a crap ton of skills / speed vs fat guy with endurance. Easy win for Ishida. I'm posting unfair match ups, someone else post one where it'll be relatively close.

Ishida is smarter and have cool powers. Chad looks stronger and destructive but he is often easily beaten by his opponent. Ishida Uryuu for me plus he's my second favorite character in Bleach after Kurosaki.
