I don't feel that way. Did he actually tag the guy who he dominantly used his bankai on? I answered my own question. And previously Starrk had moved so quickly that Ichigo couldn't even follow him. Starrk is arguably faster than Ichigo was at the time, yet Ichigo managed.

True, but I am firm in my belief that Gin will eventually tag Starrk,. Maybe even by the end of the fight. If not, that would mean that Starrk would come out in a almost perfect condition.
