Rukia for mine. Matsumoto maybe a good but don't have Bankai mode, looks would be only popular to guys. But in fight, Rukia can beat her, since she have more power and speed. Just do not underestimate her size and battle level. Even I can use Rukia even she was in Bankai Mode was cool with her Zanpakutoh. No offense, Matsumoto just average in speed and accuracy when I did played her since in games which involved Bleach, thus she cannot win in survival mode.
