It wasnt meant to be a burn, hes just been trying to make a point for 20+ pages. And noone has yet to understand what it is. We think hes trying to tell us its different, but the same. I don't understand, its obvious, "its a double blade, but its a different shape." Isnt that kind of obvious?

And it's odd that you now say that your argument was that Hisagi had a dual zanpakutou all along, because when I ended a post with the words "the only logical conclusion is that Hisagi has a dual zanpakutou" you broke out the ever so articulate and justified response of "no its not", and then proceeded to quote a few posts to try and show that it wasn't "the logical conclusion".

It occurs to me that saying that something isn't the logical conclusion and disagreeing with someone that says it was, then backtracking and taking the "its a dual zanpakutou" argument for yourself, suggests that perhaps you've gotten a bit lost here and should revise past posts you've made in the topic.

I'm seeing you contradict yourself here, and grasp onto a page from the manga that doesn't really say anything new. What's the point of that?

I mean obviously he was referring to the dual zanpakutou feature of them being unique and not the exact zanpakutous being unique, because it's well known that EVERY zanpakutou is different. The page is really just showing that somewhere down the line there's a due update to that little list of Yama's, or Tite made a mistake.

he is trying to say(i think) they are the only two double sword shaped zanpaktou. He is taking the translation as to mean as such(though i don't see were it says that).

We don't understand because it doesnt make sense. This isnt Naruto, where there are earth, fire, and water elemental jutsus. Their swords, a manafestation of ones soul. Of course their going to look different, and have different abilities. But thats the only difference, their obviously classified by one, and two bladed.
It just doesnt sound reasonable, or plasable at all. Why would Tite single him out with a "special different" kind of zanpaktou?

Hes got a dual zanpaktou, but its different? How is it different, what would classify it as different? Is it made of dirt or something?

But again, you seem the think Ukitake and Shunsuis zanpaktou are linked in someway. Which then leads you to believe somehow Hisagi, somehow got a "different kind of dual weapon" which isnt even coherrent. Theres dual and single, not dual advanced and single ultra..

Their only linked by the mere fact that their the only two, now Hisagi is the third.
