aizen was pretty badass in this chapter. usually i just wrote him off as arrogant, and he still is, but for some reason it worked better in this chapter.

I think we should petition to get Tite a 3 week break so he can start thinking again. The best scene of the chapter was a grown ass man telling a "child" he kicks little kids asses all the time.. Anyways, I believe that's the first time we've seen Aizen slightly agitated. Cool I guess.

You really should have, then, so far we've seen very little to indicate that a single one of them, except maybe Barragan and very maybe Starrk, would be a Vasto Lorde. And even more maybe Ulquiorra...

It's mostly based on that a VL in hollow form would be human sized.
Grimmjow would have fit the criteria(he was human sized although he wasn't humanoid), but he was revealed to be an adjuchas, and since then most adjuchas have had some animal-like release.
So Whewt came to the conclusion that anyone with an animal release would be less likely to be a vasto, which pretty much excludes the lot of them, except Barragan. And once again, Ulquiorra, but only if you look at the translation of his release that means "black winged demon" instead of the one that means "bat".

i thought it said that the vasto lordes were more powerful than shinigami captains. i didnt see many espada like that really.

Yeah, more powerful than a captain and THEN you make them arrancar. Only one who seems to fit the criteria would be WW

alright that makes sense. yeah, if the rumors of their power are true then i would doubt that any of the espada were VL.

You know... Ive been thinking... there was one espada no one ever mentions that looks very humanoid... to me he looks even more than Stark

Syzeal Alporro... he looks veryyyy human-like, though his rank is probably too low for him to be Vasto.

Well, I'm gonna go ahead and bash you anyway, cuz that's what we do here

1. No matter which of the 3 stages a hollow is in, it has a chance to turn completely humanoid as an arrancar, with the chance being greater based on evolutionary state and intelligence.

2. Look at his release. If he looked anything like that while he was a hollow, chances are he wasn't human-sized.
