The only reason he can fight Aizen is because he didn't see Aizen's shikai. He didn't see it because....well he just never saw it in use. He was owned without aizen having to go shikai

aizen never released his shikai in front of ichigo. when he releases his shikai is when he hypnotizes people and cause ichi never saw it hes not hypnotized and therefore cant be tricked.

he doesnt stand a chance against ichigo in full hollow form. his hollow self cant be hypnotized, hes too much of an arrogant jerk.

I don't know about that. Aizen is pretty ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he could fight on par with full hollow Ichigo.

i dont doubt he could fight with him but whether he could win is another story.

Ichigo
Uryuu
Chad
Isshin
I think Yoruichi
Kon

That doesn't really matter, Ichigo is the only in the group who has a chance against Aizen. And we can't really judge at how well Ichigo's Hollow would do against.

Aizen hasn't even fought anyone seriously yet, let alone use his Bankai.
