Well yes and no. He only explained that hollowfication was a "solution" he found while strengthening souls and during this process he created the hougyouku. But how did Aizen find out about this "solution"? And what is it? Because it's not the hougyouku itself.

Yes but all we know is that it spreads amoung those who come into physical contact with those already infected (Aizen, Tousen and Gin only appeared when most of the infected were defeated, except Shinji) and irritation speeds up the process. It isn't explained how it is administered. I wish there was an explaination on how Aizen unleashed the virus, what it exactly was and what it exactly did to transform shinigami into hollows.

Well it doesn't really need to be explained how it was administered, after Tousen stabbed Kensei he transformed. I believe that's your anwser. And Aizen was seen creating what he refferred to as an "prototype." Protoype being a hollow, he just infected them with it.

Aizen didn't find the solution by any means. He deemed the vizard failures; however, it was a success as well. Considering he got Kisuke to reveal the correct method of making hybrids.

Why would the vizard need entrance into SS? The battle is taking place in the real world, and the Vizard came from outside the barrier.

Actually inside the barrier there is the fake Karakura town (what Whewt said)
Now the vaizards that where outside that area just stepped in so the automatically transfered into the fake karakura town

Nah he's right, Karakura is in Soul society, and the model is in Karakuras place. Thus if they battle in the model town it removes the ground Aizen needs, the towns people, and the town itself from danger. That was my bad.
