Well, thats true about the "2st thing" resolve, but still, Ishida's new bow is said to be the strongest quincy weapon in existance. And I think that Mayuri's desire to disect his opponents counts as resolve too, no?

haha no way dat isnt resolve dats jus an hobby, jus like ichigo and kenpachi, ichigo fought for his friends kenpachi fought for fun collecting research subjects is jus wht mayuri as a scientist does and remember he was trying to take ishida as a captive at 1st if he hadnt drawn out the fight it wud probably have been finished without mayuri even having to release his bankai

Resolve is pretty much fighting for whats important to you right? So ya, I think it is. Just like Kenpachi has resolve every fight.
Ichigo's friends are what he's fighting for, Specimens are what Mayuri is Fightinf for, The thrill of battle is what Kenpachi fights for, and the memory of his grandfather is what Ishida was fighting for. It's all resolve.
