I think that the hollow doesnt care about Inoue
and when she screamed ,the hollow wouldnt react
it has to be ichigo,because he care about inoue
that means ichigo isnt dead

They just obtain shinigami powers

IMO Aizen knows about it... I mean, the hollowfication he used on the vaizards had that effect, they had the hollow take control of the body while they were fighting an inner battle (they acted exactly as Ichigo while he was fighting against his hollow)
so Aizan should know about it, and since Vaizards are his enemies, he should have told it to his espada

Aizen could careless about the vizard, they were his failed experiments. I doubt he even knew they still existed until Shinji saved Ichigo from Grimmjow. And I doubt he knows anything about them or their sttuggle for dominance, I don't see how he would. Unless Kisuke or a vizard themselves told him.

But even if he did that really wouldn't change the fact that Ulquiorra would react rofl, he killed Ichigo and his hollow taking over -reguardless if Ulquiorra knows about him- would cause him to forulate an opinion. I doubt hes going to say nothing and just continue fighting as if he didn't just kill Ichigo, and mentally hes fighting a different person.

He's going to react to Ichigos hollow rofl. Even if its seomthing as simple as "So thats the source of your power." I wasn't looking for a discussion, I was just repping the next chapter.

I reckon it will be a big reaction I mean he seemed kinda surprised with Ichigo's mask alone and his Getsuga before...He will be extra surprised imo.

Ulquiorra being surprised is inevitable. Anyway i think he will put on his "game" face now to fight H-Ichigo.

Then when he attacks Orihime Unohana would stop him and fight off both him and Ulqiourra Or Ulquiorra stops Ichigo saying something like "how dare you attack the one person most loyal to you" But for real Hichigo will prolly end up barely beating Ulqiourra.
