He could learn a new move with his bankai, the only thing it does now is give him some more speed and stamina and 1 special atck. Nothing compared to some other bankai's.

Inoue can't heal the hole in his chest, ulquiorra said that her power isnt enuf to do that, but she can heal ishidas hand

Your kidding right? Go back to the start of the arrancar arc. People have been cut in half, blow in half, arms torn off, arms cut off, abnomins torn off bodies etc.

This inner battle should be interesting, can't wait to see what his hollow has to say, he always an interesting character.
