So if he was before shinji then there is a chance for him to be the 11th cpt but then it's just a matter of luck (1 out 13 to choose the correct one)

I'm not telling you that Isshin WAS the 11th, I'm telling you that from my perspective, I think KT might exploit the info at hand, because he's deranged.

i kinda think it looked like Isshin had his whole captain robe, it just looked scrunched up at the top to hide the insignia...also, i just don't see him being the previous captain of 11, i mean yeah i know, i should expect anything now with how Kubo is going w/ Bleach, but this just doesn't seem likely

The most credible theory I've seen so far is that he's Hitsugaya's predecessor, since he sealed his Shinigami powers 20 years ago and that's about when Hitsu became captain.

But I think that if it was only 20 years ago a Ryoka with the name Kurosaki should have caused more of a stir than it did. Unless it's a fake name.
