Okay... first off... Toshiro has mastered his bankai, his problem is that his power is Immature (meaning HE'S A KID )

Secondly, the whole "10 years to master bankai" thing comes from this manga chapter:

Byakuya says that because Bankai are Gigantic Unwieldy things that usually aren't even swords it takes 10 years of practice to use it properly...

That really doesn't apply to Ichigo's bankai now does it?

Uh, no, I'm saying the whole "It takes 10 years to train because bankai aren't like normal weapons" doesn't apply to Ichigo's Bankai, since Ichigo's bankai takes the shape of a normal sword.

he never said its not a bankai

but byakuyas reasoning it takes 10 years to master bankai on that page is that they are big and hard to control
Ichigo's bankai on the other hand is nothing of the sort...it's much smaller then his shikai

What does the shape have to do with mastering his bankai? We are talking developing many techniques and improving them. Ichigo's bankai is practically doing nothing atm.
The speed which was supposed to be boosted seems to not exist anymore. And his only technique is GT. Its the definition of an immature bankai... The weakest bankai in the show I'd say. Heck we've even seen shikais that are better than it...

In the last time whit out his hollow mask ,ichigo only whit his bankai seems weak ,at least.

eventhough byakuya said that, couldnt his bankai be considered normal size like ichigo's. because in one of his bankai moves he is holding blades one at a time he just has a whole lot of blades to choose from right. and in the other he can just control where the scattered blades are going and with his hands increase their speed. but, i wouldnt consider byakuya's bankai to be big. do you get what im saying? that's just my thought about it.
