Yes, if you watch the anime version you can see that after breaking it, the spirit particles gather back on his zanpakuto.

Thats totally possible Pad, but i have to think shinji plays his cards close to the vest and prob. knows more than he lets on, but i still dont think he has a chance against aizen. Urahara or isshin will prob take him down or try at least

The power Aizel show us so far,at the first look is huge ,far above others,but we don't know what is the extend of shinji's power and from what we have seen until now, the power from ichigo ,in the battle with ulquiorra (the second hollow)is pretty huge also .And he may already learn how to control the full extend of his hollow power,he know to control his shinigami powers very well (he was a captain);
For what we know until now Shinji could be superior to aizen
