I know you are right!, But on account of the lameness of her ban-kai, she still losses on account that TK screwed her character over lol although i cant think of someone with ban-kai that would not tear trough his lil black ballon thing! lol

Yeah, which would help if she is OUTSIDE

Blind deaf person firing a rocket launcher isn't much of a threat to people who can essentially teleport.

And actually, we haven't seen how his bankai reacts to attacks. I know it popped in a balloon like fashion when it disappeared before, but it could easily be some sort of field that doesn't physically exist.

All we really know about Tousen's bankai is what he said about it himself, and that it doesn't really work on Kenpachi. If it works as advertised it would be damned scary.

Also Tousen did some ass kicking in the pendulum arc.

The fact that he's a pompous hypocritical annoying piece of shit doesn't mean he isn't a serious threat.

Anyone in his bankai gets 'their senses of spiritual energy, sight, sound, and scent nullified' so thinking logically they'd have to run around swinging aimlessly trying to hit him.
Foxy - unless his bankai has a mind of its own and can see through the black he'd have trouble (well I dunno, we've not seen much on his bankai other than big smash rawr)
Soi Fon would get roflstomped if she was caught in the void, but pretty much anyone without aoe abilities would have a hard as hell time facing against him, especially if he caught them off guard (tbp arc) but if someone was on the outside looking in then it wouldn't be too hard, especially now it's a tag team - but if they're both stuck in it then poof.

Hmm... I wonder if Tousen can use his Silly Sword Rain move while he is using his bankai? They seemed to come from the blade of his Zanpactou, which he actually keeps in Bankai... Hmm

If so... he is an idiot for not using ranged attacks against Kenpachi

Actually... just shooting freaking Kido at him would have been more effective

Aye so if it does have a mind of its own and can move by itself then he has the upper hand, but meh, he and hisagi knows tousens abilities so there should be lulz.

Yeah it seems probable that he can - seeing as his sword keeps its form. But with zaraki he was making it personal, trying to make him suffer for 'disturbing the justice and peace in the world' hence why he didn't lop his head off straight away, making him feel lotsa pain over lotsa time, he's rather sadistic.
