I'm just saying, if he can have skills that are all very limited in their usefulness, why can't Rukia have ONE?

its the same with quite a lot of charicters in a set area and folows the three zanpacto types direct, kido, sumons. but with rukia the third dance has only been seen in battle with the ninth realy it extends the reach of her blade only this time it was broken it just seemed to retern it to normal size

She's only used it once and we don't have a description.

Well, I do think that it should be useless with a full blade, or maybe just add some extra freezing punch to her attacks.

never once referenced that cant be used with full blade, the tech itself seems to be formed by freezing the area directly in front and is also apeared to be used in her fight with Rudobon although not directly seen
